Smart headland turns
AFS AccuTurn TM Pro technology combines headland management and headland turning, automating the entire headland sequence by calculating the optimum turning path and speed and controlling the implement. This autoguidance technology gives you hands-free, automatic and repeatable turns for increased productivity and reduced operator fatigue.

Swath types You can use the AccuTurn™ feature withdifferent swath types: straight swath, Heading swath Curve swath Field swath. End-of-row turns The system allows 3 different automatic trigger points for the end of row turn: Make early or late turns Swath to skip (up to 12) Customised turn path.

Turn Now Using Turn Now, your current position is recorded, and your turn is planned and executed once your implement reaches this point within the field. This ensures your implements leave and enter the working area squarely, providing maximum agronomic benefit and efficiency. Automatic: Boundary The Automatic Boundary mode builds the best turn when you approach the edge of your field and reach the trigger you choose. When using a boundary as a trigger, your automated headland turn begins once your implement has crossed over the boundary. Automatic: Headland With the Automatic Headland mode, your equipment thinks like you and navigates your headlands efficiently, optimizing the best turn for your application. The headland feature not only executes AccuTurn but also triggers section control when crossing into the headland. This mode calculates using multiples of your implement width or a custom-designed headland width to match your needs. This can be used in conjunction with the AccuGuide Field swath pattern to create interior autoguidance swaths and headland guidance swaths and allowing you to quickly toggle between them.

Auto-Speed Feature AccuTurn’s Auto-Speed feature continuously projects and customises the vehicle’s turn path by analysing vehicle speed, field space, and implement size, allowing the machine to think like an operator. Fully customisable AccuTurn’s Auto-Speed feature continuously projects and customises the vehicle’s turn path by analysing vehicle speed, field space, and implement size, allowing the machine to think like an operator. HMCII: automate your headland sequence
HMC II allows you to automate the sequence of events normally involved in each headland turn for the tractor, reducing operator fatigue. Presentation Headland Management Control II is designed to assist the driver when turning at the headland. Each step can be programmed either by time or distance travelled. In addition, triggers for various other automated functions can be set, such as lowering the engine speed after lifting the implement. The perfect combination with AccuTurn AccuTurn can be combined with HMC II for an optimal and automated turning capabilities. No action is needed anymore as AccuTurn will trigger the Headland Management Control II when it reaches a preset distance from the headland. This improves the repeatability, your efficiency and reduce your fatigue at the end of the day
